The scope of IMARK RENDER's involvement differs from project to project.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the appearance of a project on this website should not be interpreted as a claim that IMARK RENDER:

• designed the complete architectural project;
• created the underlying interior, landscape, engineering or product design;
• developed or owned the real-estate project;
• commissioned the project;
• owns the property depicted; or
• owns all intellectual property visible within the project.

Where our role was limited to architectural visualization, CGI production, 3D modelling, animation, illustration or related visual communication services, our authorship and portfolio representation relate specifically to the visual work created or contributed to by IMARK RENDER.

Where IMARK RENDER was also responsible for design work, this may be expressly identified on the relevant project page.

Architectural designs, interior designs, landscape designs, engineering concepts, plans, drawings, products, furniture, artworks, trademarks, logos, brands and other third-party intellectual property represented within our visualizations remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

These may include architects, interior designers, developers, clients, project owners, consultants, manufacturers, artists, photographers, brands and other rights holders.

The presence of such material within an IMARK RENDER visualization does not constitute a claim of ownership by IMARK RENDER.

Where appropriate and where the relevant information is available to us, project pages may identify the contribution of other designers, architects or collaborators.

Projects are shown to demonstrate the visual work produced by IMARK RENDER and to give visitors an understanding of the types of projects, services and visual solutions with which we have experience.

The portfolio should therefore be understood as a presentation of our visualization contribution and professional experience, rather than a claim to authorship or ownership of every element depicted in the underlying project.

Project images may illustrate examples of services such as:

• architectural CGI and visualization;
• interior and exterior renderings;
• 3D modelling;
• photorealistic visualization;
• animation and cinematic presentation;
• concept visualization;
• virtual environments;
• property and development visualization;

The presence of a project on this website does not necessarily mean that all services listed above were provided for that particular project.

Some works displayed on this website may have been produced in connection with professional commissions, collaborations, subcontracted assignments or services performed for architects, designers, developers, companies or private clients.

Any such rights remain subject to the particular contractual arrangements, licences, assignments, permissions and third-party rights applicable to the relevant project.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as granting website visitors a licence or other right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, resell or commercially exploit material displayed on the website.

Use of any material remains subject to the rights and permissions of the relevant copyright or intellectual-property holder.

No confidential, commercially sensitive or restricted information is intentionally published as part of this portfolio.

Where a project is subject to an applicable confidentiality agreement, non-disclosure agreement, contractual publication restriction or other binding limitation, that agreement or restriction takes precedence over this notice.

Titles, descriptions, locations, categories and other information accompanying projects are provided primarily to explain the context, type and scope of the visualization work displayed.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, terminology used in a portfolio entry should not be interpreted as meaning that IMARK RENDER acted as the project's architect, developer, engineer, interior designer or owner.

However, projects may involve multiple parties, rights holders and contributors, and information available to us may change or may not always be complete.

Nothing on this website is intended to deliberately misrepresent the authorship, ownership or professional contribution of any third party.

If any attribution or project information is incomplete or incorrect, we welcome notification from the relevant rights holder or authorised representative.

If you are a client, architect, designer, developer, project owner, manufacturer, brand owner, copyright holder or other authorised rights holder and believe that material appearing on this website:

• requires additional or corrected attribution;
• incorrectly describes IMARK RENDER's involvement;
• contains information that should be amended;
• contains protected or confidential material;
• should not be publicly displayed;

All rights belonging to clients, architects, designers, project owners, developers, manufacturers, brands and other third parties remain with their respective rights holders and are not affected by the inclusion of material within this portfolio.
