A contemporary interior — minimal material and maximal light, with considered furniture placement, tonal discipline and a spatial sequence moving from public to private.

MAARAA Architects commissioned IMARK RENDER to produce the interior visualization for this Negombo residence — a project where the design philosophy centred on restraint: fewer materials, fewer colours, fewer objects, but each one precisely selected and positioned. The renders focused on the quality of natural light entering through the courtyard at different times of day and the way it plays across the spare white surfaces and warm timber flooring of the open-plan ground level.
