Nature Glamping
Location
Kataragama, Sri Lanka

Brief
A glamping retreat positioned within a natural landscape — elevated timber platforms, light canvas sheltering and a composition that treats nature as the primary amenity.
SSA Architects commissioned IMARK RENDER to develop the full visualization suite for this glamping retreat near Kataragama, one of Sri Lanka's most sacred pilgrimage sites and a remarkable natural landscape. The project required sensitivity to the ecological and cultural context: all structures are elevated on timber piles to minimise ground disturbance, canvas and bamboo screening provide enclosure without blocking the forest canopy, and every viewpoint was considered to ensure each guest tent frames a specific vista of the surrounding wilderness.
